In this tutorial, we will review the types of validations found during Kobiton scriptless automation.

When you run Kobiton scriptless automation, our AI will compare what is displayed on the screen during the initial manual test and what is displayed during each automated test run. If any discrepancies are discovered, Kobiton will bring these to your attention in the form of validations, and ask you to confirm the validity of these differences.

Validations found can be accessed from your test execution page and are available for every automated test. The AI engine will discover any font, color or size differences in the form of text validations, and any differences in appearance size or location of elements with visual validations. If any differences in element or page loads are discovered, those will be listed under performance validations, under accessibility validations. Kobiton will bring to your attention. Anything we notice that might be outside of W3C compliance standards such as color contrast between font and background color and element size, and accessibility.
