Kobiton is looking for a rock star Enterprise Account Executive to prospect and create new qualified sales opportunities.

Job Description

Kobiton is a mobile app testing platform that accelerates speed to market and testing the quality of user experience by testing on real devices, in the cloud or on-premise.

Kobiton is looking for a rock star Enterprise Account Executive to prospect and create new qualified sales opportunities.  Responsibilities will include prospecting outbound prospects, completing product demonstrations, and qualifying prospects to determine if Kobiton should further invest in the revenue opportunity.

 

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed assigned quarterly and annual sales goals and objectives. Includes keeping all your opportunities and MEDDIC forecast current.

• Create, drive and manage pipeline opportunities through the sales cycle.

• Understand customer requirements, present value-add solutions and negotiate to validate budget justification and approval.

• Work collaboratively and effectively with BDR  and marketing to drive new business both local and international.

• Gain and maintain Kobiton product and Mobile testing industry knowledge in order to build value added consultative approach

 

Education and Experience
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 5-10 years of Enterprise Software sales; preferably in the QA and mobile testing market.

 

Required Skills
• Proven sales record with minimum of 4 years’ successful experience as a direct contributor carrying individual quota.
• Demonstrated success in achieving $500K+ annual quota and closing deals with average deal size of $30k+
• Establishes and manages executive level customer relationships
• Manages multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously
• Thrives in a matrix-management environment with extended team members.

Marketing Rockstar

Marketing Specialist Rockstar

Kobiton is looking for a rock star hands-on marketing guru.

It’s hard to describe a marketing Rockstar. You know one when you see one. We’ll describe what we’re looking for. Why don’t you tell us what you can do for us?

 

As a SaaS startup in hyper-growth mode, you’ll need to feel comfortable in a fast-paced (read: chaotic) environment, have a good grasp of technology, have both an amazing attitude and aptitude, be hungry to learn and be eager to TRY TRY and TRY new things.

 

You’ll dream of new initiatives and run with them to see them to completion. You don’t suffer from “It’s not my job” syndrome.

 

And while we love to set your creative talents free to “think big”, we’ll also need you to do some specific things such as:

 

  • Leverage (and maintain) our marketing tech stack to drive maximum value and ROI from our tech investment including Hubspot, WordPress, Aptrinsic
  • Keep our website updated, design and implement new designs/looks, post new content
  • Keep wordpress updated including keeping plugins and themes updated to most current versions
  • Run all of our marketing events/trade shows including sign-up, logistics, etc as well as trying innovative strategies to maximize our event ROI
  • Maintain marketing calendar
  • Outreach to companies on the Kobiton Tech Landscape to organize joint marketing activities such as webinars
  • Build media list and Engage in media and blogger outreach to try get 2 interviews/placements/mentions per quarter
  • Find third party promotional/advertising/lead gen opportunities to continue to drive increased top-of-funnel lead flow
  • Find third party opportunities to post our content
  • Post blog content on multiple channels including the kobiton website and on Medium
  • Implement and maintain an active social media strategy
  • Maintain relationships and be point of liaison with our marketing vendors/contractors
  • Monitor site traffic
  • Build operational reports for weekly meetings

 

We don’t like enumerating tasks but hopefully that will give you a flavor of a typical Kobiton week.

 

We do need you to come to the table with at least a few years of experience under your belt, but Attitude and Aptitude trumps education and experience. Of course, we'd love it if you have Hubspot and WordPress experience, and have some technical chops.
