Kobiton is looking for a rock star Enterprise Account Executive to prospect and create new qualified sales opportunities.

Job Description

Kobiton is a mobile app testing platform that accelerates speed to market and testing the quality of user experience by testing on real devices, in the cloud or on-premise.

Kobiton is looking for a rock star Enterprise Account Executive to prospect and create new qualified sales opportunities.  Responsibilities will include prospecting outbound prospects, completing product demonstrations, and qualifying prospects to determine if Kobiton should further invest in the revenue opportunity.



• Achieve or exceed assigned quarterly and annual sales goals and objectives. Includes keeping all your opportunities and MEDDIC forecast current.

• Create, drive and manage pipeline opportunities through the sales cycle.

• Understand customer requirements, present value-add solutions and negotiate to validate budget justification and approval.

• Work collaboratively and effectively with BDR  and marketing to drive new business both local and international.

• Gain and maintain Kobiton product and Mobile testing industry knowledge in order to build value added consultative approach


Education and Experience
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 5-10 years of Enterprise Software sales; preferably in the QA and mobile testing market.


Required Skills
• Proven sales record with minimum of 4 years’ successful experience as a direct contributor carrying individual quota.
• Demonstrated success in achieving $500K+ annual quota and closing deals with average deal size of $30k+
• Establishes and manages executive level customer relationships
• Manages multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously
• Thrives in a matrix-management environment with extended team members.

Data Center Technician

The Data Center Technician is responsible for the availability, reliability, and software updates for the Kobiton production data centers, currently located in Atlanta. This resource is responsible for checking the Kobiton mobile devices on a daily basis and taking the necessary steps to troubleshoot, fix, and log any issues. In addition, the role is responsible for the upkeep of the data centers, networking, installing and uninstalling new devices/hardware, as well as helping the customer support team maintain and update Mac Mini hardware.




The position of Data Center Technician will have the following responsibilities:


  • Responsible for upkeep of Data Center infrastructure - organize and manage inventory of devices, maintain documentation, deploy new mobile devices and Mac Minis, repair devices
  • Responsible for Data Center networking - firewalls, internal network, subnets, and wireless access points 
  • Responsible for Kobiton’s Trial and Public cloud - perform manual and automated tests daily, troubleshoot, log and resolve any issues
  • Primary point of contact in US for Zendesk - manage tickets, troubleshoot issues, respond to customers, and escalate as needed
  • Participate in customer meetings as a technical resource 
  • Handle Atlanta office IT needs

  • Willingness and ability to travel back and forth between the Buckhead Kobiton office and the downtown Atlanta data centers on a daily basis
  • Positive, proactive attitude towards searching out and resolving issues within data center ecosystem

  • Ability to work well under pressure and time constraints






  • Ability to follow technical documentation in order to troubleshoot and resolve issues on iOS and Android mobile devices, as well as Apple Mac Mini computers
  • Ability to think analytically and resolve complex technical issues without much guidance
  • Ability to actively listen and communicate effectively
  • Installing Android and iOS specific software and apps
  • Installing Android SDKs, Xcode, and various packages on Apple Mac Minis
  • Ability to execute commands in using the Mac Terminal
  • Inventory management




  • iOS, Android, and Mac OS operating systems
  • Intermediate understanding of IT and network maintenance with aptitude to learn additional skills


Additional qualifications for extra consideration:


  • Understanding of web and mobile testing
  • Understanding of test automation and using APIs
  • Basic programming knowledge
  • Knowledge of various IDEs
  • Basic automation scripting knowledge
  • Knowledge of Xcode, iSign, and Apple Provisioning profiles




  • Intermediate experience troubleshooting iOS and Android mobile devices
  • Demonstrated experience with programming, IT support or quality assurance
  • Hands-on experience with managing inventory




  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in engineering, computer science, applied computer science, computer information systems (CIS), network administration or technical support
