Kobiton career paths are not always linear, and I’m a great example of how the company supports career growth and evolution. I began my path at Kobiton in the Customer Success team, where I thrived on working closely with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them achieve their goals with our product. My passion for advocating on behalf of customers naturally led me to collaborate frequently with the Product team, driving feature requests and pushing for timely releases. Today, I’m proud to serve as the Director of Product Management, where I lead a talented team of Product Managers and Technical Writers.
